I recently had my car serviced here and was generally pleased with the helpful and friendly staff. They guided me through the process and ensured I was informed before replacing any parts. However, there were a few issues that left a sour taste. Firstly, I was charged an exorbitant ₹744 for six plastic mud flap clips, which typically cost around ₹30 or less elsewhere. When I questioned this, I was told that this was the price specified by Nissan, essentially passing the buck. And a steel plate was installed which I checked it wast the case. Additionally, I had to push them to attend to my car as they were fully occupied. This highlights the need for a more efficient booking system, where customers are given specific time slots to avoid waiting. Currently, it seems that they overbook and leave customers waiting. Despite these niggles, the overall service and experience were good. However, I hope they address these issues to ensure a more seamless experience for customers. No one is perfect, but a little more attention to detail and customer satisfaction would go a long way. Special thanks to the lady who did her job perfectly by providing coffee/tea/water regularly throughout my stay .???? #Update after 1 year# Back Again After a Year – Even More Impressed! Came in for my next service after a year, and I must say – the experience has gone from good to great. Really impressed with the updates and the team’s focus on small details that were earlier missed. Noticed they even fixed the minor streaks on the windshield which used to bug me – completely sorted now. Car wash quality has improved, with proper vacuuming and even tyre polishing done – all at no extra cost, which is genuinely appreciated. The washer bottle was refilled without asking. The team’s politeness and attention to customer care have really leveled up. And of course, the one constant that continues to shine – Coffee akka! Still doing her job with full heart and energy – truly deserves a raise if she hasn’t received one yet. Keep it up – it’s these small efforts that make customers like me want to keep coming back.
