I was quite disappointed with my earlier experiences until my second-last service. Fortunately, with the support of the young team members Vimal and Soundhar at Skyline Nissan Service Centre, Salem, my trust was regained. They put in their best efforts to turn things around, and I truly felt the difference in my last service. I’m happy with the reception, process, and the quality of service this time. I would also suggest that the management keep a close eye on customer feedback and online reputation, as this will attract more customers—especially with the upcoming facelift version of the Terrano (possibly under a different name). Though I had faced some unpleasant experiences earlier, this satisfying service has helped me move past them. Thank you to the team and the management at Skyline Nissan Salem.
