I recently purchased a Nissan Magnite from RC Nissan, and my experience was excellent! From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was fully satisfied with the way they handled everything. I'm honestly surprised to see some older negative reviews, but I believe that might have been due to previous staff. The current team at RC Nissan is fantastic—they make you feel cozy and treat you like family. On the day of delivery, I had the pleasure of meeting both the owner of RC Nissan and the North Zone Sales Head. They personally assured me that they would always provide their best service, which was a great touch. A special mention goes to Mr. Surya, the Sales Manager. He's a genuine guy who truly understands your concerns and handles everything with care and professionalism. While I'm a little concerned about Nissan India's service network—since there's only one service center and dealership in the entire Himachal Pradesh—I find it manageable for now. Still, it’s something Nissan should look into. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at RC Nissan and would definitely recommend them to other.
