A long genuine review which is from my heart as I was truly overwhelmed with the professionalism, attitude & kindness. It was my first time to purchase a car. After several visits to other car company showrooms, I visited Pai Sales to purchase Nissan Magnite after a family friend of mine recommended about the awesomeness of the vehicle. I obviously had no knowledge myself, learnt driving in 2019 & completely clueless & nervous on buying a vehicle even after 5 year's as I've literally lost touch! But the staff was very pleasant, kind & empathetic which is so needed in a business environment while dealing with customer. A special mention to Ms. Ashwini who guided me right from day one who patiently answered our queries & her follow ups never ever annoyed me as she was to the point. Thereafter followed by the General Manager Mr Melwin who was a thorough professional in all his dealings, patient with all the number of calls I made, handled my nervousness today while I even resisted myself from sitting in the vehicle; Ms. Krithi who explained the last minute stuff about the documents so well. I was quite surprised with the humbleness of th CEO! These thing's are never mentioned on a review but I definitely want to do it as any business climbs the ladder of success when the top management sets a great example. The showroom is clean; pleasing; with ample space to sit & discuss. Coming to the vehicle - Nissan Magnite- it very well suited my budget & when I tried looking for other companies I wasn't getting the features which are present with Magnite. Its a beautiful car, comfortable seats & can't wait to get on road with the beauty. Thank you once again; to every staff member & the person who helped us today in delivering our vehicle at our home.
