I was a bit skeptical about the Nissan dealers, but after visiting Jubilant Nissan showroom I was feeling confident to go with Nissan. The sales team was quite responsive and helpful, Hemanth was our sales executive and he had supported and cleared all of our queries and concern. We took CVT Tekna variant and am pretty happy with my purchase, loved the long rides and the city rides are comfortable too. Even the Jubilant Nissan service team was prompt when I encountered a small issue, I hope they maintain the same service and support. Overall am quite satisfied with my purchase with Jubilant Nissan team. Keep continuing this fantastic service ????????.

We visited 22nd October to test drive new Magnite. We reached 11.30am and the whole staff was very kind, very attentive. Test drive car was at customer location . They told, they will send vehicle to our home. But we insisted to wait. Then Mr.Praveen and team proa actively asked us whether we are okay if we go to the place where the car is at present. Mr.Praveen drove us almost 15kms(took 1hr) during peak traffic and got us the new Magnite CVT. I really felt amazed by the customer obsessed service. Thanks to the whole Jubilant Nisan team. Specially Mr.Praveen & Ms.Soumya. They clearly explained features, asked our requirements, assured after sale support. Drive was good. We had great hospitality compared to other car showroom ( visited Tata,Hundai earlier ). We took Car Delivery on Dec-30. Everything was very smooth. Our sales executive Ms.Sowmya did follow up each and every item on time. Response was very quick. Appriciate transperancy at every level. They did not push for accessories or insurance add on or any other services. Special thanks to Ms. Sowmya & Praveen for the excellent coordination.
