I recently had the first servicing of my Nissan Magnite at Garnet Motors, and the experience was excellent! A big thank you to Aniket and Anand for their professionalism and attention to detail. The pick-up and drop facility was incredibly convenient and helped resolve all the issues I had with my car. Great service all around!

I visited First time to Garnet service center wagholi and as I entered there office, a girl named Rupali with smiling face greeted me and sorted out all issue as single window point for all solution.She took care of me and took my vehicle without any delay. Her conduct n performance is praise worthy.since servicing was going to take about 3-4 Hrs, so she offered me to either sit in their lounge or I may go to home , she will deliver the vehicle at home also. I was really thrilled to see their courtesy, particularly Rupali. I returned to home and in evening she sent my vehicle thru her chauffeur. Great service n great gesture. I had a great experience with the team. They communicate effectively and are very proactive. Service advisor Vishal Pathak is clear about the work and doesn’t make false promises, which I really appreciate. Priyanka does an excellent job coordinating timings and drop-off requirements. I’d also like to give a special mention to Shivraj for politely and safely dropping off my vehicle. Overall, a fantastic service!

If you have a Nissan Car, be it a Datsun or Nissan itself, take my recommendation: I visited this Nissan service center named Garnet Service Center in Wagholi, Pune. From the start, Service Advisor Prasad Jadhav was very proactive with updates on my Datsun Go Plus. His attention to detail and commitment made a big difference in my experience. Honestly, there I felt valued as a customer. I also want to thank Customer Relations Executive Priyanka Phuge. Her warm welcome and genuine care were evident right from the moment I walked in. It was such a relief to be greeted with friendliness, especially after my frustrating experience at another Nissan service center in Bavdhan, where delays and miscommunication had left me upset. When I first contacted Garnet, I spoke with CRM Rupali Jawanjal. She assured me that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and I’m happy to say she was right. The timely service and thorough inspection by technicians, Shivraj and Shoeb, truly exceeded my expectations. My experience at Garnet Nissan was positive and I look forward to returning for my next service, I hope Garnet continues to maintain these high standards. Thanks to all Garnet Service Team, Wagholi once again for all the hard work and dedication. Appreciate it!
