I found everything to be good at the place - service, staff, customer lounge, service bays. I had to prepone my car service due to an emergency. The staff was very helful. I was helped by Mr Prakash at the facility. He is very informative and thorough with the process. He informed me about everything at the start nicely and made sure my car is serviced within time even though half day was over when I dropped the car to the service center. Prakash ji kept me informed about the progress through the day and ensured smooth delivery of the car after the service. Its a good experience whenever i visit this service center. Visited again. Same excellent quality service and experience.

Service staff is execellent and very efficient, posting pictures to keep the customer updated of the progress. They also go above and beyond to provide the best service to their customer. Satishji and Rahulji were specifically good in providing assistance during the service and bodyshop/repair work.
