This is to write the wonderful experience from EVM Nissan Thellakam Kottayam… It was a quick decision to change my old car and buy a new one and a mid sized compact SUV was in mind .. Thought to check some options and visited EVM for further details .. When we entered itself a tall and smiling gentleman greeted us and welcomed us and he briefed us about the Nissan Magnite .. My son was very keen on all features and he already done some test drive of other cars too .. Mr.Jithin was very smart to understand the need of the customer and he presented us the right vehicle XV premium …. We gone for a test drive and he given us the offer and let me tell he was not pushing us any of the time instead he was a proud sales man of this proud car ….. We were happy with the pricing and features of Magnite XV premium and we have decided to go for it … Here comes Mr. Jithin who is a master in customer care where we felt very comfortable and he was very very professional in terms all deeds till delivery .. Mr. Jithin is such a smart salesman who works hard and make sure that his customer never face a problem ….His personal assistance was there till delivery which we felt very comfortable and very easy ….. Aug 12 th the delivery happened as per our timing and initial experience of this compact SUV is smooth and easy and comfortable.. Detailed review will do once 2k km is done … I would like to thank Nissan and EVM for this wonderful suv and smart salesman like Jithin always at service .. I would like to give Mr.Jithin and EVM a wholehearted 5 star ????????????????????....

They delivered me a Magnite XV in just 4 days and it went very smooth and gave a hassle free experience. Mr.Tinu M jacob assisted with the bets of him and made the whole process quick and easy. They also helped me in exchange scheme where i could sell my i20 and gave an additional 30k bonus. They can improve on areas like customer call services/ documentation at customer residence and provide a clear picture about the total price and the difference in variants. We are happy to deal with them.

Yesterday I had a deal with EVM Nissan, Thellakom, Kottayam on Nissan Magnite AMT, which completed exactly in time, scheduled. Their staff was very supportive, helpful and nice way of approach to us, especially Mr. Tinu and Mr. Alan. Can say, they are the asset to company. Quality of work also remarkable.
