I usually do not write any reviews but thought to write one today because of the experience I received at ETCO Nissan Service Center, Jogeshwari. I used to service my car at Nissan Workshop Navi Mumbai, but recently I had very bad and negative experience there, my 5th year and 50000 kms service was due, I decided to service it in any private multicar service center but not at ETCO Nissan service center, but then one of my friends insisted that I should at least visit their Jogeshwari service center (Thane workshop is sadly closed), as my friend recommended and 5th service is very crucial so I almost travelled 40 kms to Jogeshwari and trust me it was a very good decision. The service center is easily accessible. I reached there at 915am, my appointment was at 10am, by 930am their staff started to come. At 945am they assigned supervisor named Parth Ghole and at 955pm all the initial job card related work was done. I am pointing this out because my earlier experience in Turbhe workshop was like even if I come by 930am they used to take the car by 1030am or so. So this was a pleasant surprise. They shared accurate estimation and final bill was close to what they suggested. Also, before the work starts Parth explained to me what will be done in 5th year service and what will be the cost of each work item. So, for example if someone does not want alignment to be done, or ac disinfection to be done , they can opt out. I did not take alignment as I have contract in MRF outlet, so Parth removed that work item. He did not push for it to add extra cost to the bill, which was nice. The good thing is you can watch your car getting serviced from the customer lounge itself. I could see all the work that they were doing on the car. The best part was the workshop manager - Mr. Mahesh was personally checking service being done for each car, he was having discussions with the supervisors and mechanics, he only called me in bay area and pointed out that break skimming is required and explained why it is required, so I went for that option. I was worried about my rear right suspension as recently I got a hit from truck there, so he personally showed me all parts of rear suspensions and there was no need to change any part unnecessarily. Mr. Mahesh was giving attention to every mechanic's work which I liked as in most of the workshops you don't see that happening. Talking about mechanics Yash and Aadil, I think they worked on my car and they did a fantastic job. By 1pm my car was all done, which was another surprise for me. As mentioned in the start I had a negative mindset about ETCO service but that got completely changed, as a car owner perfect service is important but more than that experience as a customer is very important, workshop folks should respect your queries, question, should attend to your concerns, should explain to you why something is being done on your car, what would be the cost and alternatives and so on, this workshop checked all the boxes. For example, Mr. Mahesh while me leaving explained to me what has been done on the car and what will be done in the next service at 60000 kms or 6th year. So overall, it was a great experience and I am happy that for now I need not go to multicar service center and an authorized Nissan service center (though it is far from my place) is there and staff there is good enough to take care of my vehicle.
