Visiting the Platinum Nissan showroom as a walk-in customer was truly a wonderful experience. Even though I didn't have an appointment and it was the Dhanteras festival, the staff welcomed me warmly and treated me with utmost respect. They gave me their undivided attention, patiently explaining all the available models, and emphasizing the differences in features, performance, and pricing. I truly appreciate the way they answered every question clearly, without pressuring me to make a hasty decision. The showroom itself was very clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it easy to view and compare cars.
